SAMPLE MODEL

In my opinion mobile phones are dangerous for many reasons. To start with, mobile phones can distract when you drive or when you cross the street so you can have an accident. Therefore, we should not make phone calls, send or read messages when we drive or walk.

Secondly, mobile phones affect our social skills because you pay more attention to your phone than to your friends or family. For this reason, when you are with your friends and your family you should have you phone on silent mode and keep it in your pocket.

Thirdly, mobiles are dangerous for our health. For example, they cause insomnia so you should turn it off when you go to sleep. Moreover, they can cause loss of sight. Therefore, you should not spend a lot of time looking at the screen.

Finally, phones are addictive. People can be addicted to social networks, games, apps so you should use them with responsibility.

In conclusion, the mobile phone is useful if you use it with moderation. It can make your life easier but at the same time it can be bad for you.
